But, here it goes and hope you all love it as much as she does. (drawstring backpack with 5 different colors that I let her pick out.

Recon Denim Jacket to a Denim Shracket

Ok for those that don't know what a shracket is it's a half of a jacket but, it closes in the front like a jacket so it's a Shracket.

I been looking everywhere for shrackets and shrugs for my oldest daughter but, yet to find them in denim so went to the GoodWill and came across a nice whole denim jacket for only 2 dollars and made it into a nice shracket so here it go.

Love my denim

Had some cow like fabric left over from another purse I did so decided to put it to work and make this denim purse. I love me some denim.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
I sewn in this little black and while circle things to the purses on the front and on the front pocket. To give it a little design.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
I used circle handles by adding some of the cow like fabric to the circle given it a little comfort to my hand while holding it.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket
Inside of purse ran out of the cow like fabric but, I still made it work lol. Added a magnet snap also. It's a round bottom purses. Love round bottoms purses they are quicker to get done.

So there you have it love me some denim:)

Piglet Pillow (Latch Hooking)

My first finished Latch Hooking project. My little sister seen my progress with the bathroom rugs that I am doing and asked me to make her baby/my niece a pillow like that. So I did. I call my niece Piglet and decided to put that on the pillow it came out ok for my first finished Latch Hook project wishing I did the words Piglet in a darker color then in a lighter color. But, we all learn from trial and error I know next time but, still loved the pillow. My girls want one now after they seen my niece's pillow. I will get to theres soon. Have so much other projects to finish up. My bathroom rugs, my oldest daughtr's 4th July outfit/crochet and to sew up my girls outfits that I kept putting on hold oh also to finish my sewing box. :) But, enough about that here go some pictures of my Latch Hook Piglet Pillow so colorful. :)

Crochet Baby Blanket/ Carry Along Yarn Bag (Sew)

I finally finshed my niece's baby blanket it's a little small baby blanket that my sister kept begging me to do lol. So I went ahead and finished it up I liked doing this baby blanket because I got to use a lot of stitches in it. Like double, half, puff, single, treble and more. So here it goes.

Close up on stitches. :)

Made me a quick carry along yarn bag for all my crochet and latch hook things. I used vinyl that I so liked when I seen it at Walmart so I had to get it. I brought it because I wanted to make me a shower curtain for my bathroom for my new set of bath rugs that I am latch hooking now but, I went ahead and cut a little of the vinyl to do a quick bag for my yarn. I wanted a bag where I can see right though the bag and see the yarn and this vinyl was ok to work with. I made a little zip up purse to go with it something to keep all my crochet and latch hooks in so they wont get lost. Now when I go out I can carry my new bag lol. Here go some pictures.
