Quick WIP Project/ 2 Drawstring Camera Cases

First camera case has some charms on it a heart and a diva charm. I did with a K hook Single Stitches the first 3 rows then Single Stitches in the back hoop all the other stitches to make that ruffy look in the yarn.
I did a long row of 30 single stitches and used a safty pin to guide the yarn though the back to make it that look like a drawstring.

Second camera case is much different I made this one different more of a 2 piece that I crocheted together. The first 3 rows is done in single stitch the rest of the rows are also single but, I also chain 3 stitches and skip a hoop. I started off with change 9 witht he first piece and change 10 witht he second piece to make the second piece more wider in width. I crochet around to correct them together in a more of a oval shape then a round shape guess hard to explain but, I mainly work with what I got I more practice and keep on practing until I get what I like after I am finished. And loved this one. By skipping a stitch it made the whole in between ever stitch so when you look at the case you can see inside the case.:)

I did the same thing by chaining some stitches to make a long drawstring to use with a safty pin to guide though the bag the drawstring is used to close it up and also to use as to hold the case.:)

WIP Sewing

When you look at my first picture try not to hurt your eyes lol. Had finished 2 purses the other day this first one is my Platinum purse love this fabric so I had to get it kind of glitty but, shoot what the hack I wanted to make a purse also a little zip up purse where all us ladies have to keep our money and important things go in. :)

This is another purse with butterflies all over it a nice Asia print that I love. One side of the purse is higher then the other side with a ring on the shorter side of the purse. Wanted to do something different with this one always change up my style here and there.

Brake is now over

Took a big brake from crocheting and sewing. Mainly because my left wrist was hunting me so bad thinking I can have carpal tuner however that is spelled lol. But, now it's getting better and everyone is hunting me down from me to sew or crochet something for them so want to make me some extra money and get back into the groove of things. Wrist not hurting as much as before. Got to finish up a crochet rap for my sister yesterday and also she wants me to teach her how to crochet she was going though a couple of my crochet books and there was so much in the book she wants to try to make for herself one day so first she have to know the basics and go from there. So for she know how to chain and the single stitches and some other stitches she still learning but, I think I am a good teacher lol.:) Don't mind showing her how I learn. I showed her a couple of the websites I learn from and I also recorded some of the Uncommon Thread shows that has crocheting in it. So she watched and listen and asked me questions:) Wouldn't mind show whoever want to learn. Have some people I know wanting me to make them some purses so have to also dust off my sewing machine and getting to sewing up some thangs haven't done that in a minute also. :) so wish me luck got to get my crochet on.

I did this before sent in a suggestion to DIY in having them do a Crochet Show but, I also did it again a woman in one of my email groups said something about it so I went ahead and did it again the link is below we all know we need to see more crocheting on tv. DIY have 2 Knitting shows and at times for us crocheters we have to try to catch when Uncommon Thread has a crochet group on and at times that is at least 2 to 3 times a month at times.:)

WIP Crochet/ Quick projects

My sister kept begging me to make her a scarf so I put this together real quick for her she likes the fun fur mainly because she seen it the fun fur on one of my shrugs.
Done this with a M hook and the simply single stitch.












Had to do me a quick crochet hook case as a carry along. Not big enough for all my crochet hooks but, enough room to put at least 10 inside the case and take with me as I go around and about. Did single, puff, and slip stitches using a K hook. Love the way the colors came together.












Here I did a quick craft box for my scarp of yarn but, after making it I realized I have more scarf yarn then I can handle lol. Something I wanted to do quick. N hook did double and single stitches. I also used felt for the inside since I do a lot of sewing I want to use the felt to slick my pins into. I also use plastic canvas in between the crochet stitches the they felt. And put them all together by weaving though the crochet stitches and into the canvas.

Still Working On My WIP Crochet

My WIP Crochet list is becoming longer and longer. Now have more things on my list can't never finish anything because I am always starting on another project. Is it me or what start but, then stop in the middle and go to another project or doing at least 5 at a time. I have a notebook so I can write down what project it is and the hook size for that project and what stitch I am using so then I won't get confuse when I go back to it. Notebook coming in handy. My sister now begging me to do her a scarf and a hair rap like the one I made myself. My other sister want another baby blanket. I am doing my kitchen curtains, my tank top, trying to finish up a shrug I have still have to finish up the fun fur on the sleeves oh and doing one of my daughter's blanket. SO much on my plate huh lol. Then probably will be sewing sometime next week have some girls I know want me to make them some handbags. Also prom is coming up and that is the time I make a lot of money with doing my little clutches for prom. :)

Still want to get started on my January/February squares from the Ville I went on ahead and accepted the challenge in doing a month squares I know it's not January but, I still would like the January squares want to get started with this challenge sometimes this weekend. Looking forward to finishing my sister scarf and hair rap by tomorrow night hopeful.:)

Someone asked in this crochet group Iam in where is the weirds place you crochet at? I didn't know because I always crochet at home or my moms house. But, today found myself crocheting in the line at Time Warner Cable while waiting to pay my bill. lol Then I also was crocheting at the WIC office. Now I know the answer to the question huh?

Yarn Crazy

I went yarn crazy today at Walmart still couldn't get everything I wanted some of the fun fur I wanted they was out so have to try another Walmart tomorrow and also try Joann for so other yearn. But, this picture is just the stash I brought today now if I took a picture of all my stash I have I will need a least 10 pictures on here lol.:) Now have to get back to my crocheting want to finish up my craft box for all my things so I can get back to my kitchen curtains and my daughters blanket also now my sister want me to make her another baby blanket:)
