OMG :(

Ok where do I start. Want to say I know I know blog hasn't really been getting updated but, have a very good reason the reason not a good reason but, here goes. My daughter Nesa which most of you all know that has a liver diease been in the hospital since March 17th just got out today the 26. So mainly I have been there taking care of my daughter and so trying not to worry as much but, that is hard to do when you see your child is sick.

Where do I start at. Well daughter went to school on the 17th then she came home complaining about her stomach hurt due to Nesa haven't a liver diease it is sometime hard for me to know if it is a hungry feeling or for her to have to do a number two kind of a feeling but, after touching her stomach she yelled and scream so I knew it was more then that. Took her to the hospital and they ran tests like a CT scan took blood work and a ultrasound and found out that well she always had a enlarger liver and a enlarger spleen but, now she has two enlarger kidneys grrrrr if it aint one thing there is another. After the doctor told me that I just couldn't belive this. Her doctor was asking Nesa did she fall on her belly or get hit in her belly then Nesa confused that some little girl at school kicked her in her belly. Now that was what cause the pain that kick caused all that damage mainly to her kidneys and also made her liver backup with bile. Nesa told me she told the teacher the teacher just mainly told the little girl to stop kicking and that was it.

One thing I was most mad at is that the "DAMN" teacher didn't tell me a "DAMN" thing that is the most part that I hated. Her teacher, the nurse at the school they all know about Nesa's condition. Due to her liver diease she isn't to be kicked, punch or fall on her belly they all know that she can't even play doing gym if they is outside. So that is what pissed me off the most. I know I know the little girl is only 6 but, omg this has really pissed me off. Now my daughter has more things wrong with her then before.

So we spent all this time in the hospital Nesa couldn't even enjoy Easter so she had a little nice Easter with my family in the hospital.

Photobucket
Nellie came to see her big sister on Easter in her Easter outfit. :) Awww look at them smile.

Photobucket
My niece just had to see her big cousin. :) awww look at them both cute. If you look more closely you will see my niece have on a shrug I made.

Photobucket
There go Nesa again. Awww happy

Photobucket
Nesa and my niece again.

After so many days of seeing Nesa unhappy and in pain was happy that she started to become herself again. :)

So now I will be busy for a while with other appointments for Nesa she has a Endoscopy (EGD) procedure on April 1st. (EGD) procedure that allows the doctor to see the inside of the esophagus, stomach and small intestine. It's done with a soft flexible tude that is passed down the mouth to the stomach. The doctor can look in the lining of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum on a TV monitor. Of course she will be sleep the whole time.

Then on April 7th she has to have a liver biospy where they cut her just a little while she is sleep and take a piece of her liver to look at it under a microscope.
They isn't to much worry about her kidneys because her urine is ok but, they is keeping a close eye on that. They is also thinking about removing her spleen all together because now her spleen is now bigger then her liver.

Then we have to go from there to see what is next. Liver transplant may be what will be next. So everyone keep Nesa in your prayers.

Not much crocheting and sewing. For those that has kids you all will understand when you have a sick child how can you pick up your hook and enjoy it.

That is terrible for your little girl to go through all that! It must be so hard to see your daughter in the hospital in so much pain.
I'm glad that she had family around her for Easter, even if it was in the hosptal. I send you my best wishes for Nesa.

Oh wow, I'm so sorry to hear about Nesa. You're a strong woman to deal with her disease as well as you do. I feel mad sometimes about my kids various problems - asthma and allergies, and my daughter's learning disabilities and difficulties in school, but then I look at what you're going through with your daughter, and think that I have it easy in comparison. I feel so bad thinking about your daughter having to spend Easter in the hospital, and the fact that she ended up there partly from being kicked by another kid is just terrible. The teacher needs to take stuff that like a lot more seriously, considering your daughter's condition. I hope she has at least talked to the class about your daughter's condition, so the kids understand the consequences of her getting hurt. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Lord Jesus,

I'm asking you right now to send healing to Nesa. Renew this baby's body completely. We thank you in advance for what you've already done. Jesus, give Lesa strength enough for herself and enough to keep a smile on her baby's face. Lord, please keep all issues outside of Nesa's healing in check, let there be nothing that would try to take Lesa's focus away from getting Nesa well. Jesus, strengthen Nesa's baby sister and calm all fear that may arise from this situation. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.

Hi Lesa, I just found your blog today and I'm a mom of 5 so I can definitely understand what you are going through and I would of been pissed too. The child is young and might not of known but the teacher was so wrong and hopefully it will never happen again. I hope your daughter is feeling better.

Now let me say that I love your work!! I just looked through all your work on Flicker and here and you are super talented. I crochet too but haven't been doing it lately but I plan to start and you definitely have inspired me. I see so many things I want to make.
Are they all your designs, or do you get patterns from magazines or online?

I'm bookmarking you to come back to see what your up to.
Sending well wishes for your daughter!

I am so sorry to hear that your daughters health is not good, and that she has had to spend time in the hospital and will have to spend more time there as well. I would not be able to crochet or sew if I was in your position. My prayers are with you and your family.

I pray your daughter will get better, and that God continues to give you the strength you need to deal with this situation. I cannot imagine what this must be like for you all. I hope you've found a way to deal with the teacher situation as well. I know I would have wanted to knock her out! Hugs and kisses to you all!
